A plain-language draft, not legal advice.
The short version
If you fill in a form, we keep what you typed so Ted can reply. We do not sell it, we do not send it anywhere it does not need to go, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, your email address, a phone number if you give one, your message, and which page you were on when you sent it. Nothing is collected from you just for reading the site.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so nobody has to ask you the same question twice.
Where it goes
Your message is stored in a database run by Supabase, and a copy is emailed to Ted so he sees it promptly. Those two are the only places it goes.
The site is hosted by Vercel, video is delivered by Bunny, and some music plays through SoundCloud. Reaching those services involves your browser talking to them the ordinary way any website works.
Tracking
There is no advertising tracker and no analytics profile of you on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for the conversation and the work that follows. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to ted@infinitstudios.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. No particular form of words is needed.
Changes
If what we do changes, this page changes. The date at the top is when it last did.
